Annika Sjöholm is the kind of passionate individual who radiates warmth and enthusiasm. She has worked at Elektroskandia Sverige since 2000 and in a managerial role since 2003. Her knowledge and experience – and not least her capacity to work with development and continuous improvement – resulted in her taking over responsibility for the company’s e-business in January 2009.

She has taken on this challenge with her usual good humour and loves working in a field where the possibilities of doing something really, really well are virtually infinite.

E-business in Elektroskandia Sverige has, in fact, been doing really well right from its start in 2000.

“We were the first to have a web shop in the wholesaler/distributor market in our field. With an attractive layout and great functionality, we managed to create something that was truly outstanding,” says Annika Sjöholm.

"Our focus is customer benefit, and we want to continue to be outstanding even if our competitors have now caught up with us to some extent, and we are constantly being faced with new challenges in the layout and functionality of our web shop. But the dream is that customers will think our website is so good, they would actually be willing to pay to use it!"

For Annika, it’s important to have the full overview, so she works closely with the company's divisions, product markets and sales personnel. User-friendliness is a number 1 guiding principle, as is cooperation.
